Awakening to the Adventure

I’ve spent my life seeking and finding adventures. From living in the South of France to traveling with my young boys around India. From meditating atop a waterfall in Costa Rica to project managing the start up of a holistic primary school in England. From acting on several TV series to travelling down the Whanganui River with the Maori. Every adventure has strengthened and expanded my awareness and appreciation of my relationship to myself, to others and to the natural world we share in this human experience.

Regardless of where or how far I went ‘out there’ I recognised that the adventure was always taking place ‘in here’.

My internal connectedness was always amplified when I practiced my meditation, yoga, latihan, breath work. The ancient wisdom in all of these practices has always held true. There is a power or consciousness greater than my human self. When I connect to that higher energy, my life and my relationship to it, are greatly enhanced.

Science was one of the explorations that I was always wary of. I saw it as a tainted discipline sprung from men’s wish to control and dominate that which is inexplicable.

And then I discovered quantum physics. And I realised that these scientists were now actually proving what the mystics had always professed. That there is a unifying force that connects all matter even that which we cannot see, touch, taste, feel and hear. In putting our attention on a thought, feeling or object there is always a reaction to that attention. Therefore, everything we think, feel and do effects our world. Whether we recognise it or not, we are ultimately the creators of our own reality.

And now there are amazing tools available to catalyse our evolution and to assist our creating, in alignment with our highest potential. We now have the possibility to access what has previously taken decades to master. We have been gifted with the healing codes and technology to transform more swiftly and more consistently into the higher vibrational frequencies.

Allowing you to awaken from who you thought you were, to who you truly are.
